This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") establishes the standards for acceptable behavior when using services provided by NETVAZ LLC. This policy is designed to:
Protect the integrity, reliability, and security of our network and systems
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Protect the rights of our customers, partners, and the broader internet community
Maintain a positive and productive environment for all users
Scope: This AUP applies to all users of Netvaz services, including but not limited to:
Shared hosting, reseller hosting, VPS, and dedicated server customers
Colocation customers
Domain name registrants
Any person or entity accessing or using Netvaz services
⚠️ Compliance Required: All users must comply with this AUP. Users are responsible for ensuring that their activities, and the activities of anyone they allow to access their account, comply with this policy.
2. Prohibited Content & Activities
The following content and activities are strictly prohibitedon all Netvaz services:

Child pornography or any content exploiting minors
Pirated software, warez, or unauthorized copyrighted material
Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
Content promoting violence or illegal activities
Malware, viruses, trojans, or other malicious code
Phishing websites or fraudulent content
Counterfeit goods or unauthorized replicas
Controlled substances or illegal drugs
Weapons or explosives manufacturing information
Terrorist content or extremist propaganda
Proxy scripts or anonymizers
IRC scripts, bots, or daemons
Topsites or automated website ranking systems
AutoSurf, PTC, PTS, or PPC sites
Mail bombers or spam scripts
Banner-ad or click-fraud services
Escrow, bank debenture, or HYIP sites
Lottery, gambling, or betting sites
Anonymous or bulk SMS gateways
PayDay loan or predatory lending sites
Prohibited Activities
Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk email, commercial advertising, or any form of spam
Phishing: Attempting to acquire sensitive information such as usernames, passwords, or credit card details
Hacking: Unauthorized access to systems, networks, or accounts
Denial of Service: Launching DoS or DDoS attacks
Port Scanning: Scanning networks or systems without authorization
Brute Force: Password guessing or login attempts
Cryptojacking: Unauthorized use of resources for cryptocurrency mining
Fraud: Any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity
🚨 Zero Tolerance: Netvaz has a zero-tolerance policy for child pornography, phishing, and spamming. Violations will result in immediate termination of services, notification to law enforcement, and permanent banning from Netvaz services.
3. System & Network Security
Security is a shared responsibility. Users must take reasonable measures to secure their accounts, systems, and data.
Prohibited Security Activities
Attempting to bypass or circumvent security measures, authentication, or access controls
Interfering with or disrupting the operation of Netvaz systems or networks
Scanning or probing networks, systems, or services without authorization
Using or distributing tools designed to compromise security
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system or account
Engaging in any activity that may harm or degrade network performance
Required Security Practices
Password Security: Use strong, unique passwords and change them regularly
Account Updates: Keep all software, scripts, and applications updated with security patches
Access Control: Limit access to your accounts and systems to authorized personnel only
Monitoring: Regularly monitor your systems for unauthorized access or suspicious activity
Reporting: Immediately report any security incidents or vulnerabilities to Netvaz
⚠️ Security Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and systems. Netvaz is not liable for damages resulting from security breaches caused by inadequate security measures on your part.
4. Email & Spam Policy
Netvaz maintains a zero-tolerance spam policy. The sending of unsolicited commercial email, bulk email, or any form of spam is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Email Activities
Sending unsolicited email, including commercial advertising, to any person who has not expressly requested it
Sending bulk email without using a valid opt-in system that records consent
Using Netvaz services to send spam, even if the content is not hosted on our servers
Using third-party mailing lists that were not properly permission-based
Forging headers, using false return addresses, or employing any technique to obscure the origin of email
Operating mailing lists without providing clear opt-out mechanisms
Using Netvaz services to host or link to spam-related content
🚨 Spam Penalties: Any user who sends spam may have their account terminated with or without notice. Users may be responsible for an SBL fee of up to $250 for each incidence of a SpamHaus SBL listing.
Email Best Practices
Permission-Based Marketing: Only send email to individuals who have expressly opted in to receive communications
Clear Opt-Out: Provide a clear and easy-to-use unsubscribe mechanism in all marketing emails
Accurate Headers: Use accurate and truthful headers that clearly identify the sender
Physical Address: Include a valid physical address in all marketing emails as required by law
💡 Compliance: Email activities must comply with all applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and the GDPR. Violations may result in legal action and termination of services.
5. Resource Usage & Performance
To ensure optimal performance and reliability for all users, Netvaz enforces reasonable resource usage limits. Users must use resources responsibly and efficiently.
Shared & Reseller Hosting
CPU Usage: May not use 25% or more of system resources for longer than 90 seconds
Memory Usage: Must not excessively consume server memory causing performance degradation for other users
Inodes: May not exceed 300,000 inodes (files and directories) per account
Database Queries: MySQL queries must not exceed 15 seconds execution time
Cron Jobs: Must not run more frequently than once every 15 minutes
File Storage: Must comply with allocated storage limits for the chosen plan
VPS & Dedicated Servers
Resource Allocation: Must not exceed purchased resource allocations (CPU, RAM, bandwidth, storage)
Network Usage: Must not engage in activities that consume excessive bandwidth or disrupt network performance
Resource Abuse: Activities that negatively impact the performance of the shared infrastructure may result in suspension or termination
Web spiders or indexers (including Google Cash/AdSpy) on shared servers
IRC (Internet Relay Chat) software or bots
Bit torrent applications, trackers, or clients
File-sharing or peer-to-peer activities
Gaming servers without explicit written permission
Brute force or password cracking tools
⚠️ Resource Abuse: Accounts found to be abusing system resources may be suspended or terminated. Netvaz reserves the right to suspend accounts that negatively impact other users or the stability of our systems.
6. Copyright & Intellectual Property
Netvaz respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. Users must not store, distribute, or link to copyrighted material without proper authorization.
Prohibited Activities
Storing or distributing copyrighted material without permission from the copyright holder
Operating websites that facilitate or encourage copyright infringement
Linking to infringing material from Netvaz-hosted websites
Using Netvaz services to circumvent copyright protection measures
Trademark infringement or unauthorized use of protected marks
🚨 Copyright Violations: Copyright infringement is a serious violation of this AUP. Violators may have their accounts terminated and may face legal liability. Netvaz complies with the DMCA and responds to valid copyright infringement notices.

7. Acceptable Use Guidelines
Best practices for acceptable use of Netvaz services:
Be Legal: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Be Respectful: Respect the rights and privacy of others
Be Secure: Protect your accounts and data from unauthorized access
Be Considerate: Use resources efficiently and do not impact other users
Be Responsible: Monitor your accounts and immediately report any issues
Content Best Practices
Age Verification: If your website contains adult content, implement age verification mechanisms
Privacy Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable privacy laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and others
Accessibility: Make reasonable efforts to ensure your websites are accessible to all users
Legal Disclaimers: Include appropriate disclaimers where required by law

8. Enforcement & Violations
Netvaz reserves the right to enforce this AUP at its sole discretion.Violations of this policy may result in any of the following actions:

Warning: A formal warning may be issued for minor or first-time violations
Service Suspension: Your services may be temporarily suspended pending investigation or resolution
Service Termination: Your services may be terminated for serious or repeat violations
Account Deletion: Your account and all associated data may be permanently deleted
Legal Action: Netvaz may pursue legal remedies, including civil and criminal prosecution
Law Enforcement Notification: Violations may be reported to appropriate law enforcement agencies
Financial Penalties: You may be liable for damages, cleanup costs, or other financial penalties
Permanent Ban: You may be permanently barred from using Netvaz services
Violation Consequences
Immediate Termination: Zero-tolerance violations (child pornography, phishing, spam) result in immediate termination without warning
No Refunds: Accounts terminated for policy violations are not eligible for refunds or credits
Data Loss: You may lose all data associated with terminated accounts
Blacklisting: Violations may result in you being reported to fraud prevention and credit reporting agencies
🚨 Serious Violations: Violations of this policy that threaten the safety, security, or stability of our systems or other users will be treated with the highest priority. Such violations may result in immediate termination without notice.
⚠️ Resolution Process: In most cases, Netvaz will make reasonable efforts to contact you and work with you to resolve violations. However, we reserve the right to take immediate action when necessary.
9. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to Netvaz. Your cooperation helps keep our community safe and secure.
Identification: Your name, contact information, and relationship to the violation
Description: Detailed description of the violation
Location: Specific URL, domain, or location of the offending content
Evidence: Supporting documentation, screenshots, or other evidence
Timeline: When the violation was discovered and how long it has been occurring
💡 Confidentiality: All reports are treated confidentially. Netvaz will investigate all reports and take appropriate action while protecting the reporter's identity to the extent possible.
